In March 2006, Shane and Leisa attended the Les Toques Blanches Quality Endorsement Program awards night held at Queensland Parliament House in Brisbane. Shane and Leisa entered D'lish Food2Go products into the competition and were awarded with 9 endorsed products.

Les Toques

The Les Toques Blanches Endorsement Program is a fine food product quality endorsement program managed by the Queensland branch of the Les Toques Blanches Association in partnership with the Department of State Development, Trade and Innovation.

The Les Toques Blanches Association (or white chef's hat) is a renowned association of over 2000 executive chefs worldwide who are devoted to promoting the highest quality products, culinary arts and professional cookery.

Now in its third year of operation, the endorsement program offers companies a valuable asset in marketing their fine food products in national and international markets.  Participation in the program also helps companies to build networks within this fast growing sector. 

Companies that receive endorsement can display the Les Toques Blanches logo on their products for two years.

Organic pumpkin and rosemary dip
Organic hommus and orange dip
Sun-dried tomato dip
Basil pesto
Parmesan, garlic and cracked pepper dippers
Organic thai pumpkin soup
Organic tomato, chilli and basil soup
Organic sweet potato, red curry and coriander soup
Creamy field mushroom and cracked pepper soup
