Organic Spicy Mediterranean Salsa is a chunky tomato and chilli based salsa with organic eggplant and organic capsicum. This dip is 99% fat free and is gluten and dairy free.

Organic corn chips (Mexicana brand sold by D'lish Food2Go )
D'lish Food2Go Organic Spicy Mediterranean Salsa
D'lish Food2Go Guacamole
Grated cheese
Eschallots, thinly sliced for garnish

Arrange corn chips on plates, spoon over the D'lish Food2Go Organic Spicy Mediterranean Salsa, top with cheese and place under a salamander until heated and cheese has melted. Dollop D'lish Food2Go Guacamole on top and sprinkle with eschallots. Serve immediately
